Tips for simple, happy living!

Happy Tuesday. As part of the change that comes with moving to a different county, it is important to simplify your life to help get into a manageable routine.

New stresses and daily obstacles can throw you off and this can make things just that more difficult. 3

These simple tips below are helping me focus while going through great change:

  1. Get enough sleep.
  2. Get to know your new area.
  3. Take comfort in things from home.
  4. Try build in your old routine with a new one.
  5. Be kind to yourself.
  6. Listen to your body.

In my case this is for the huge change of moving to a new country but they are simple tips to help you create happy living.

Reminding yourself to keep it simple is a great way to reflect on the path you are taking. Noticing what is working and what’s not is your chance to change what you need to!2
