End of year goal planning.

As the end of year is fast approaching I feel this is a good time to reflect on the year that has passed.

2The below tips will help you transition from 2017 to 2018. It is important to make sure you bid farewell to 2017 before leaping into 2018.

  1. Reward your triumphs.
    Congratulate yourself for those all-important highs. You deserve it!
  2.  Acknowledge your lows.
    Once you have done this, move on from them. This is not the time to dwell on things you can’t change.
  3. Make yourself realistic goals.
    Whether this be related to work, finances, self image or love now you can take some time to realise what is top of your list.
  4. Take action!
    Think about how you can do this. No need to rush into big decisions, merely consider your options.
  5. Celebrate another year.
    1Finally put your dancing shoes on and celebrate the passing of another year! I know it has been a tough one for many people, however even bad years need to be celebrated!

As this is my last full work week of 2017 I will getting all my ducks in a row to start the new year on a high!
