Add These To Your Plate Now!

Morning darlings.

This is the 9th last Wednesday of the year, can you believe it!

Today I am sharing with you a few of my new favourite things to add to my plate. These babies are all nutrient dense and have countless health benefits!

1. Bee PollenBee pollen
This golden powder is fantastic over breakfast or in smoothies. Bee pollen is high in antioxidants and protects from free radicals and chronic diseases. It has anti-inflammatory properties, boosts immunity, kills bacteria, improves nutrient utilization and that is just to name a few!

2. Maca Root
Not to be confused with my other favourite Matcha, Maca is highly nutritious, increases libido, improves mood and can boost sports performance. It also balances hormones and increases energy. I have found such a difference in my overall health since taking this that I take the tablet form. You can also add the powder to soup, sauces and smoothies.

3. Cardamom powder.
As well as the other two, this powder is highly nutritious. It’s said to have cancer fighting compounds, lowers blood pressure, prevents bad breath and cavities and can be used to treat digestive ailments such as stomach ulcers.

All these fabulous things can be found at health stores. I recommend starting with one, testing it out and if you like it move onto the next while reaping all the amazing benefits!
