Schedule Sauna Sessions!

I hope you are making the most of the last few weeks of 2018! I have been trying to do everything on my list, so that I can start 2019 with a bang. One of the things I wanted to do was change gyms. After a gym session, try to use the sauna for 5-15 mins depending on how much time you have. I started to use it to ease my achy muscles, but this isn’t the only benefit!

Regular sauna usage can:
– Increase circulation
– Remove toxins from the body
– Relieve achy muscles
– Reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease
– Relieves stress

While you are inside take the time to relax and do some breathing exercises away from the hustle and bustle of life. This also forces you to remove technology for a couple of minutes which is always a plus in my books.
